We are committed to ethically sourcing herbs, crafting herbal tea blends with purpose, and encouraging deeper relationships with the natural world through sipping and composting. Our Tea bags are made out of natural fibers such as wood pulp, and cotton. The disposable drawstring design allows you to repurpose the string, or leave it for composting. We can assure you, that these bags have been tested and are certified compostable. Sip it. Compost it.

Our tea bags, labels, packaging pouches, and mailers are 100% compostable.

While our commitment to sustainability extends beyond our tea bags and packaging, we also want to share our intentions for how and where we source our herbs. We have the intention to solely source from organic farmers in the US to reduce our carbon footprint. As our company and network grows, so will our connections with US herb distributors and future partnerships. Currently, we purchase from a US wholesale distributor that only receives materials through shipment and continues to be independently reviewed and certified. Their practices exceed accreditation requirements, and they source from certified farms. For transparency, our labels will always include the origin of where the tea you are purchasing is from. 

Lastly, we promise that 5% of our revenue fuels environmental justice by supporting organizations led by and partnering with people of color and indigenous communities. True sustainability bridges the gap between healthy soil and social equity.
